Return Policy:

A Customer may return any delivered product in the presence of our delivery personnel though we always discourage it.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any defect. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, freebies, and accessories.

A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or exchange within 3 days if:

• The product does not meet the user’s expectations.
• Found damaged during delivery
• Have doubts about the product quality and quantity
• Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
• Is not satisfied with the packaging
• Finds product unusable

But the following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used

Note:

 If you return the product without any problem or legal issue, all the savings money deposited in your wallet will be nil.
